Alternative Provision for Students aged 14-16

Prostart offer in year placements as we deliver rolling programmes. Prostart delivers bespoke provision for students based on their needs.  Classes will be small and 121 sessions where required to ensure learners receive the correct amount of support and attention. A full initial assessment including interview takes place so that we can get to know the student and develop a bespoke timetable for them.

We provide 121 support from careers guidance and specialist teachers with industry backgrounds, students will be guided and advised each step of their learning and development journey.

Our programmes are student centred to reflect the aspirations and goals of the student that will make the greatest impact on their lives as an adult, through gaining independence, contributing to their community, maintaining good health and wellbeing and finding fulfilling work

• Option 1 Vocational Provision 14-19 curriculum; Including pathways to FE and work placements
• Option 2 A blended package including academic and vocational provision

This provision provides a young person with part of their full time education entitlement, in conjunction with the curriculum provided by their roll school. This part time educational offer will include vocational qualifications and functional skills.
