Customer Service Practitioner Level 2

Based at our Netherfield showroom, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers visiting and calling the store.

Day to day you’ll be:

  • Welcoming customers into the showroom and helping them find what they need
  • Answering phone and email enquiries
  • Helping customers with samples, colour cards and product information
  • Booking in measures and fittings, and keeping customers updated
  • Processing paperwork, quotes and orders accurately
  • Keeping the showroom tidy, well-stocked and presentable
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day admin

No flooring experience needed — we’ll teach you the product side. What matters most is attitude.

Annual wage – Apprenticeship rate

Working week – Monday to Friday – 9:00am – 5:00pm

Total hours per week – 37.5

A friendly, confident manner with customers, face to face and over the phone

Reliable, punctual and keen to learn

Well organised with a good eye for detail

Comfortable using a computer for emails, paperwork and orders

Happy working Saturdays as part of the working week (this is essential — our showroom is busiest at weekends)
