Prostart were very helpful in identifying the right programme for our colleague and supporting our team with the process. The support we received was thorough and very efficient at all stages. Prostart (represented by Ceri) really helped us to get the right fit of apprenticeship and managed our expectations and the requirements of the learner and our organisation were clearly communicated, and we felt supported throughout the whole process.
The enrolment process was efficient, well thought through and well delivered. Communication has been constant and proactive. Both NCC as the host organisation and the individual apprentice have benefitted greatly from the support and partnership with ProStart. We initially had a few issues over timeframes but this was quickly managed and a solution was found to enable us to continue.
We are very grateful that we have been able to work with such a professional organisation and develop the skills of our colleague and the wider team. Taking on the apprenticeship has delivered great benefits by allowing us to introduce new skill sets to the team, adopt new and more efficient ways of working and our colleague has continued to grow and develop professionally, building confidence and a commitment to continual improvement.
