Business Administrator Level 3

Prior to starting the apprenticeship, I was working in a childcare setting/nursery looking after children from babies, till they leave for school. I first heard about Prostart when I started doing my apprenticeship.
The reason why I decided to do an apprenticeship was because I liked the idea of earning and learning new skills at the same time. Another reason why I decided to do an apprenticeship was because I liked the idea of gaining recognised qualification at the end. The main benefits that I had found whilst doing the apprentice was: Learning about the different aspects of business admin, experiencing what happens in an admin setting, now having the opportunity to progress further.
The way that Prostart helped and supported me throughout my apprenticeship with them, they were really understanding that I do struggle with dyslexia and was always making sure that there were things put in place to help me learn. An example of this would be because I had to sit my maths when it came to the exams, they always made sure that I had reader to help me complete my exam. Another way that they had supported and helped me, was whenever I needed help, my learning development coach was always there to understand the things that I need help with. My plans now that I have completed my apprenticeship would be to progress onto my level 4 business admin course. If anyone asked about doing an Apprenticeship I’d say go for it. It’s a brilliant experience, and amazing feeling once you gain the qualification.
