The Apprentice Recruitment Process was a positive one.  There were some good discussions with ProStart on the different types of apprentice qualifications that might best fit different role types within the organisation and different prospective applicants.


The enrolment, induction and full onboarding process was very positive for both the Apprentices and the Managers supporting the individuals. Very clear, informative and outlined the expectations, support available, timeframe and process very well. The regular communication and TEAMS check in calls have been a welcomed source of supportive conversation and provide an additional opportunity to discuss any issues that may have arisen.


The Apprenticeship programme has allowed leaners to really develop their knowledge, skills and experiences, putting theory into practice across a number of projects and programmes.  Some apprentices have taken on more responsibility as a result, perhaps moved work location and some have achieved promotions as a result.
