Replacement Certificate Information

In line with our centre policy on certificate handling and storage, Prostart can only hold physical copies of certificates for 1 year, after which they will sent back to the awarding body.

Should you need a copy of your certificate due to it being lost, stolen, damaged or not collected, this will need to be organised with the awarding body of your qualification using their replacement certificate service. Where possible, Prostart will support in this application, but it must be made by the candidate and any fees are the responsibility of the candidate.
