Employer Engagement & Recruitment Apprentice
Full Time: 35 Hours
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 – 16:00
The Employer Engagement and Recruitment Officer are responsible for developing employer partnerships, generating apprenticeship and study programme opportunities, supporting learner recruitment, and coordinating the onboarding and enrolment process. The role acts as a key link between employers, learners, and internal teams to ensure high-quality recruitment, compliance, and learner progression outcomes. The postholder will promote the organisation’s services, identify new business opportunities, support employers through apprenticeship funding processes, source work placements, and manage recruitment activities from initial enquiry through to enrolment
