  • Operations or Departmental Manager Level 5 & Senior Leader Level 7: Acquire the strategic skills and knowledge to excel in management and leadership roles.
  • Supply Chain Warehousing Operative Level 2 & Supply Chain Practitioner Level 3: Learn the fundamentals of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Facilities Services Operative Level 2 & Facilities Management Supervisor Level 3: Develop the skills to ensure efficient and effective facilities operations.

  • Paula: This case study highlights a Care Worker Level 3 who sought to advance to a Team Leader role but faced interview challenges due to a knowledge gap. Through our Team Leader Supervisor Level 3 apprenticeship, they gained crucial insights into effective management, self-awareness, and conflict resolution. The learner particularly valued the support from their assessor, Dawn, who boosted their confidence and prepared them for the End Point Assessment. The learner highly recommends apprenticeships, emphasizing the valuable skills and support provided, and the opportunity to overcome career obstacles.
  • Christine: This case study features a manager from Nottingham City Council’s Cemeteries & Crematorium Team who sought professional and personal development through us. Initially lacking formal management training, they enrolled in an apprenticeship to gain a deeper understanding of their role and challenge themselves.
    The program boosted their confidence in decision-making and provided valuable insights into management theories. The cohort learning environment facilitated peer interaction and shared experiences, enriching their understanding of operational management. With guidance from their tutor, Tracy, they aimed to transition to a strategic role.
  • Tehmoor: This case study features an individual who discovered us through a government apprenticeship website after completing a Kickstart Scheme. Seeking experience and qualifications to overcome job application hurdles, they embarked on an apprenticeship.
    The program significantly boosted their confidence and provided valuable career experience. Prostart’s support, particularly from L&D coach Kerren, was instrumental in their success, leading to a distinction. Kerren’s one-on-one meetings and guidance on the Showcase Report were highly valued.
